In the calendar year of 2022 Long Way has reported total of 43,900 GHG emissions (tCO2e) in the full minimum boundary (scopes 1, 2 and 3). Long Way has reported no emissions outside of minimum boundary, no emissions from the combustion, processing and distribution phase of bioenergy and the land use emissions and removals, associated with bioenergy feedstocks.

During the reporting period (2024), there is no deviations from previously published greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories or science-based targets. Our calculation methodologies remain consistent with prior reporting years and fully aligned with the GHG Protocol and Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) criteria. There were no structural or organizational changes, no significant data updates, and no changes to emission factors that would trigger a recalculation of the base year inventory. Accordingly, there is no need for base year re-baselining or revalidation of targets with the SBTi. The emissions reported and targets tracked this year are therefore directly comparable to the baseline year’s results, ensuring consistent year-on-year analysis and performance tracking.
